I feel incredibly blessed to live in the beautiful city of Missoula with my husband of over 26 years. Together, we’ve raised two amazing sons and love spending time outdoors, exploring the hiking trails and rivers that surround us. Serving on the Senior Leadership Team at our local church has deepened my commitment to helping others find hope and healing through Christ.

With over 13 years of experience in pastoral counseling, I specialize in guiding individuals and couples through relationship issues, marriage challenges, addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. My approach is rooted in integrating the transformative power of God’s word with practical, evidence-based tools from secular psychology which line up with biblical principles such as Emotionally Focused Therapy.

My greatest passion is to witness lives transformed through faith and practical steps toward healing. We will work together to identify and address thought patterns and behaviors that hold you back, allowing you to experience lasting change and deeper fulfillment.
