About
 

I am blessed to live in the beautiful city of Missoula and have been married to my husband for over 25 years.  We have two adult sons and enjoy recreating on the abundant hiking trails and rivers in and around Missoula. I serve on the Senior Leadership Team of our local church and have over 12 years of experience counseling individuals and couples.  I am passionate about helping others experience lasting, powerful transformation in their lives through the power of Jesus.

I specialize in relationship issues, marriage counseling, addiction, depression and grief/loss.  I utilize both the word of God and secular psychology tools which line up with biblical principles to guide in the healing process.  In addition, I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. 

 

We will work together to identify unhealthy behaviors and thought processes which keep you from living a healthy and fulfilled life. I consider it an honor and blessing to be able to come alongside others in their journey towards healing.
